# Proposal: Wiki Modernization Initiative

## Background

Knowledge management is a critical function for any high-growth organization. As teams scale, information becomes siloed, and it can be very difficult for people to find what they need. Many stakeholders have expressed that the current wiki could potentially be improved in a number of ways.

## Proposal

We propose a holistic, end-to-end modernization of our knowledge management paradigm. This would involve leveraging best-in-class tooling to build a robust, AI-powered, next-generation wiki experience that seamlessly integrates with all of our existing workflows.
